Did you enjoy watching the Shakespeare play 'Much Ado About Nothing'?

Did you notice some of the themes in the play? One was the theme of love - any more?

Today we will explore the play in more detail and try to create a scene and act out some of the scenes.

Read through the play in 10 parts below...

Some of the language is maybe confusing - ask an adult to help you understand if you aren't sure!

Now we will try some Drama

Watch this video about creating 'flock of birds' drama technique...

→You will need a grown up to join you with this - one of you needs to take it in turn to be the leader!

→ Create some actions to show Beatrice and her dislike for Benedick - make sure your partner is following you! When you have had enough, turn a quarter circle and the next person takes over - still creating moves for the character Beatrice.

→ Now choose another part of the play and another character. Create 'flock of birds' for your chosen part.
