Can you write a sentence to tell me what that flower needs to grow?
For example: A flower needs sun, water and soil to grow in the ground.
Try and encourage your child to sound out the words themselves and use the sound mat below to help them to identify sounds if they are stuck.

Today we are thinking about patterns with the help of our friends, the Numberblocks. Enjoy the video and then talk to your child about the patterns that they spot. Can they replicate the pattern in their home learning book and then make their own using different patterns, shapes or numbers?
