Today we are talking about one of Jesus' Miracles.
Watch the video below and talk about how the girl may have felt after the miracle.
Talk about feeling happy and what makes your child happy. Ask them to draw a picture to represent their happiness.
Maths
Today we are looking at halving.
Provide your child with 10 items and two bowls and write number cards for 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
Show your child number 2 and model how to share the two items.
When they have completed the task, say "half of 2 is 1."
Repeat the activity by showing your child '4'. Ask them to halve four objects between the two bowls.
Complete the sentence, "half of 4 is ___".
Repeat with all even numbers up to 10.
