Oh Year 6, this looks fun!
It almost looks a little bit like a warm-up for a Twister game!
I bet you giggle and laugh - and lose your balance
Please ask someone to take some photos of you carrying out the activity, and upload them to Seesaw.
Then....
Oh this looks fun too!
If you don't want to stick things to the wall, try it with a torch shining on the wall in a darkened room - if you have a cat it might join in too!

Year 6, Mrs Muddimer would like you to complete the attached questionnaire about your feelings and well-being. She will then look at the results and think about PSHE and mindfulness activities for after half-term.
I've attached it below as a PDF and a Word document - choose the format which suits you best. You only complete one, not both!
Please send them to me on Seesaw.
Many thanks
Ms Hadland
Now, play this game with your adults and siblings!
Let's Talk About It.

►MINDFULNESS and WELL-BEING
As we approach the end of term, we are all feeling a little weary and exhausted. For some of us, we aren't as active as we might normally be and we are staying inside a lot more. When we have long spells of inactivity it can start to alter our routines and sleep patterns.
Below are some activities to help you unwind and relax.
Play some music you find calming and complete the activities, or clikc on the music link:

Relax and free your mind, listen to your breathing and reflect.
Complete the three tasks below.
