Today we will be looking at subtracting fractions, this can be one or two fractions!
e.g. 1 whole (or 8/8) - 3/8 = 5/8

Please go through the powerpoint presentation and choose the option sheet you would like to complete, you do not need to print the sheet out (the answer page will be at the end of the pdf).
I have also included an extension task for you (please remember that you do not HAVE to complete the extension).
Today we will be looking at using inverted commas/speech marks!
e.g.
"Miss Kaur will be ringing or emailing us this week to check how much work your doing", said Mum.
To get you started I want you to watch the BBC bitesize video about how to punctuate sentences.

Afterwards, there is a sheet in your pace to have a go at punctuating the sentences after reading the text (it will help the task make sense!)

We want you to create an obstacle course for a relay!
This can be indoors or outdoors, think of what you have that can help you do this...
(I've thought of cushions to move between, coffee table to crawl under and blanket to leap over/ washing line to limbo, football to dribble, ball and racket to bounce a ball and even a trampoline to do a move on)
Mr Clarke and I would love to see what you have come up with and hope you have some fun with this challenge!
