You have already learnt a lot about the historic Battle of Bosworth - you did your own research and also did a reading comprehension yesterday. Can you begin to imagine what it might have been like to have been one of the people waiting to fight? You are away from your family. Maybe you have been ordered to fight but don't really want to. Maybe you think your side will win or maybe lose.
Today you are going to plan a letter from the battlefield back to a family member. You will tell them all about what you can see and hear and what you are feeling. Describe the scene....
Today you will draft, do any further research, gather your ideas... look at the success criteria to guide your planning...and tomorrow you will write your letter.
