WELCOME BACK YEAR 3!
I hope you have had a really fab Easter! I know it hasn't been a normal holiday but I hope you managed an Easter egg (or 2!!). The sunshine has made being safe at home a bit easier for most, but I know for some of you it must be strange not being in our normal routine of school and this will continue for at least the next 3 weeks. I hope we can have a lot of FUN and COMMUNICATING through our Summer learning, I want to make sure you feel happy and busy as we take on new learning and revisiting previous learning. As before, I REALLY like hearing from you! I would like to hear from you at least once a week, check in with me through email and send me some of your work or even a photo of you doing something you love! Check out the last week's gallery of learning and fun!
I also want you to help lead our learning, so bring ideas to me; if you find out something interesting, let me know! So... our topic this half term is....
I will continue to create a timetable for the day, you may want to follow it, you may need to work at times that suit your family.

SCIENCE - introducing PLANTS
To help us understand THE RAINFOREST we will explore plants and how plants grow, as well as plants in our own environment. Don't worry if you do not have a garden, we will have lots of visual learning.
Watch the video below and start to think about plants around us. If you have seen plants recently or have some nearby, can you create a list or even drawings to gather ideas!
