All this week it is CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH WEEK!

(but it is not just for children, it is for parents and other adults too!)

Royal Patron HRH The Duchess of Cambridge has a special message:

Children's Mental Health Week 2021: Express Yourself

Listen to the story - then get creative! Beautiful Oops! By Barney Saltzberg

Can you get creative?

Research some ideas and then go with it! Being creative is great for freeing your mind - it really doesn't matter if you produce a masterpiece or not - the relaxation and the beauty is in the exploring. This will release and relax your mind.

Can you make something out of ripped or torn paper, cardboard boxes, foil, clingfilm, greaseproof paper, wrapping paper, newspaper and magazines?

Could you make a flower, a landscape, an image which represents and expresses you?
