ENGLISH - today we will be writing part of the biography which you began yesterday, by creating the layout and choosing the 6 sections. Here is a reminder of what to include:-
► 2 A4 sides in total.
► Include a clear title and introduction of who it is about.
► Have 6 main sections of information about Henry or Elizabeth.
► Each section should have at least 2 clear and interesting sentences.
► Room for drawings for after the writing is complete.
Today aim for working on half of your biography writing - so 3 sections in total. Try to look at the biography checklist to think about the language you are choosing when you write your sentences.
Tomorrow we will do the same, which will mean all the writing should be done by Thursday, when we can focus on the illustrations and any extra amendments that could be made to our biography.
Remember you can also look back at your jottings and fact finding from last week to help with writing ideas.
TIME FOR SOME QUIET READING
Music - today I would like you to listen to 8 pieces of Tudor Music by following the link below.
While you listen to the music, I would like you to consider:-
What instruments do you think they used?
Where would they have played this type of music?
Does Tudor music sound anything like modern music?
Which is your favourite Tudor music from the choices? Why?
