At Thythorn Field Primary School, the children undertake Design and Technology lessons during the year usually in blocks of learning. Design and Technology, for this reason, does not appear on the class weekly timetable.
The projects are usually taught over a day/days each half term or several afternoons. The curriculum takes inspiration from the Design and Technology Association and their 'projects on a page' work.
