Handwriting

Choose 5 spelling words from the lists below and write them out 5 times each in your best cursive handwriting.

Maths

To get your brains warmed up have a go at guessing the names of some 2D shapes...

Today in Maths we are looking back at parallel and perpendicular lines.  Remind yourself what they are by watching the short video and playing the game on this page...

I’ve got a bit of a challenge for you today… Go on a hunt around your house and/or garden…How many examples of perpendicular or parallel lines can you find? Draw and label your examples.  Can you find at least 5 of each?

English

Get someone to test you on this week's spellings.  Let us know how you get on yes

This week we are focusing on another prefix.  This time it is the prefix super-.

Work through this PowerPoint first...

Now open one of these documents to find out your spelling work for today...

RE

This term's RE work is thinking about different people's beliefs about God.

Reading

I have been reading the Supertato story this week at home! As you can see it has the prefix super-! You probably know the story already but here it is if you would like to hear it again...
