Good Morning Year 1 laugh

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and have recharged your brains ready for another busy week of home learning. This week is week 6 of our home learning (it's going so fast!) and I want you all to continue to work hard at home (or in school) for your grown-ups. The updates I have received from you all have been super and I am loving the updates you are adding to your SEESAW accounts. Remember to look at the class blog on SEESAW so you can see what your friends have been up to.

ZOOM Tuesday 9th February at 11am - 11.45am

This  will be a 'social/well-being meeting' where you can all come along and have a chat to eachother, we will play some games and maybe have a dance or a go noodle too! It would be really nice if as many of you as possible came along to join the meeting as I am sure your friends would love to see youPlease bring along something that you can show me and your friends as we will begin our meeting with a show and tell.

I can't wait to see you all there for a chat and some fun! yes

► ENGLISH

In English this week, we are going to be looking at a variety of different poems all with the theme of transport. Today we are going to look at a poem called journey to school and think about all the types of transport that are mentioned in the poem and the types of images this creates for us in our minds. Have a look at the video below to hear Miss Martin reading through the poem and talking you through your task. The poem is attached under the video so you can mark your own poem and read it again to help you imagine those types of transport.
