Anti-bullying GOLD award
We are very excited to let everyone know that, as a school, we have achieved the Leicestershire Anti-bullying GOLD award. This is down to lots of hard work and teamwork this year from our children, staff team and working with parents. There are three levels to the award and we have achieved GOLD at our first attempt. The assessor was impressed with our 'No Outsiders - Everyone's Welcome' work and also with the work our well-being ambassadors in Year 5 and 6 are doing with the rest of the school. The award acknowledges that, at Thythorn Field, we work hard to address any bullying issues that arise and to work in partnership with our whole community to support our children to feel safe at school.
