Today we are looking at different representations of the number 7.
Watch the Number Time video below together and pause it at regular intervals.
Following the video, ask your child to find as many different representations of the number 7 in your house. You could also experiment with different ways of making 7 with addition sums.
Take photographs and share them on Tapestry.
Phonics
Today we are looking at sight words.
Write the words I, the, do, can, this, is on separate pieces of paper and ask your child to read them.
Place them around the room and ask your child to run to the correct sight word when you call it out.
After that, practice writing them together. You could do this on paper, with paint or even on a tray with sand or flour.
