Once the video has ended, create a list together of things that the children can do at home to help the planet.
Maths
Today we are learning a song to help us remember the number bonds to 10.
Watch the video below and then practise singing the song a few times with the children.
Phonics
Today we are going to practise reading some words containing our learnt sounds.
Follow the Flash Card link below and leave all of the grampheme sets from 1-5 ticked. Practise reading the sounds as quickly as possible. Encourage the children to use the learnt sound actions. (The musical note button in the bottom right corner of the game screen will turn off the sound if necessary.)
Then follow the link to the Reading Game. Leave all 5 sections ticked again. Ask the children to sound out the words together and then ask a child to come up and find the correct picture. You then need to drag the picture on top of the word to mark it as correct.
