This week we are focussing on Christmas activities linked to our previous learning.
Today we are learning the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer song and will then be completing a reindeer craft. I have attached a sheet below which you could use.
Phonics
Today we are learning the 'r' sound.
Show the sound to your child and ask them to find as many things in your home beginning with 'r'.
Model how to write 'r'. We say "down the robot's body, up and curl over his arm." Then ask your child to practise until they are confident.
Maths
This week we are learning the Number 9.
Watch the Numberblocks video below and then talk to your child about what they learnt.
Create separate number cards from 1-9 and ask our child to place them in order independently.
