If your child has medication in school (inhalers etc.), please ensure they bring in date medication on the first day back to school (29th August).
Medication should be in the original boxes provided by the chemist/doctor with the name clearly on.
A new "request to administer medication" form needs to be completed at the beginning of each school year. If your child has any medication that needs administering in school, a new form can be collected for completion from the school office.
